 This timber town has tree-lined approaches from all directions. The Age of Steam Museum has an impressive display of vintage machinery and the Forest Industries Federation runs guided tours of the forest. There are also vineyards, art and craft galleries and a backpacker hostel here. Worth seeing are the King Jarrah Tree, The Timber Park, The Four Aces, One Tree Bridge and Glenoran Pool, The Diamond Tree Lookout Tower, Fonty’s Pool, Dingup Church and Yallambee Minerals Gem and Fossil Display. Northcliffe

A small rural community and one of the region’s best kept secrets, Northcliffe is just 30km from the coastal settlement of Windy Harbour, with its top surf beach and classic old surf shacks. It is a great place for bushwalking, mountain biking, horse riding, fishing, birdwatching, 4WD adventures and simply relaxing.
